I was interested in the sealy posture pedic used by the Hyatt hotels. I called Denver Matress and talked with Casey. He was very cordial and helpful even though I wasn't purchasing right then. 3 mo later I visted the store. Casey gave me excellent service and answered all my questions with a good knowledge of his products.
