These people know mattresses.
1. After 14 years, they still know what mattress we purchased and guided us to a similar mattress.
2. 2 month return guarantee - Purchase (expensive) mattress pad from them for your new bed. If not happy with new bed, return w/i 2 months for full credit towards another mattress. We ended up using this 14 years ago - well worth the extra expense of the mattress pad!!

4. Low pressure - didn’t hurry us. Able to lay on mattresses for sufficient time.
