Placed order 7/11. Rec’d email from DealBeds 8/4, status of order (#381216) has been updated to “Shipped”. No change in status as of 8/12, call shipper (XPO Logistics) to find out why. They have no record of receiving items. Call DealBeds 8/13, they will look into it. No response as of 8/14, call DealBeds again. They will look into it. Call DealBeds 8/18, they offer prompt delivery of upgraded mattress from in-stock items, will send me list of available comparables that day. Nothing rec’d. 8/20 receive text from XPO Logistics, “we’ve got your delivery details”. Called XPO 8/22 to ask why no change in status from 8/20, they have no idea and haven’t rec’d items yet. Call DealBeds 8/22, on hold for 10 minutes then transferred to voicemail to leave a message. So - have waited 6 weeks, credit card has been charged $900, shipper hasn’t rec’d item, DealBeds doesn’t respond as promised and now unreachable. AVOID.
