After a delayed delivery my mother called to make sure they would be there at the agreed time so she or I could be there. Dustin, the owner yelled at her and said they were there early and since she wasn't there she now has to wait another week. When she asked for her money back she was told all sales were final even though the bed hasn't even been delivered to her house.
