I entered the store & was greeted after a few minutes. I was asked a few questions about mattresses likes & dislikes. I was also told about the brand & what makes them great. I was then recommend three different options to test. We loved the third option he even recommend one final closeout with a adjustable base. We came to the third option, they even squeezed us in to the next day delivery which was in the opposite direction but wow is that service!!! Very happy ***** 5 star~!!!
