The old woman at the counter was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in a sales setting. She wouldn’t even TRY to help us with a split seam on a couch that was purchased one year and 2 weeks ago because it was past the one year warranty. Two weeks. She was miserable and when my husband said we would never use them again, her delivery man, with a tobacco chew in his lip IN the store said, ‘that’s fine, ok!’. Disgusting.
