I purchased a brand new leather couch and loveseat and upon delivery they tracked mud through my entire house and ripped my new couch in 3 different spots . So I call the store where I purchased them Upset understandably only to have the store manager be very condescending and rude . I will NEVER shop at country house furniture ever again and I will make sure everyone I know is aware how unprofessional and unpleasant they are
