We went to Costco.com to purchase our bed because of the sale price. They promised delivery in 10 to 15 days and they did. The mattresses and adjustable platforms came three days apart but still well within the 10-15 days. I actually called the warehouse from which my mattresses were sent to inquire about the bases. They were very helpful and gave me the telephone number for Costco.com. Those people were very helpful as well and gave me the date for the platform delivery. Then they delivered one day earlier!
