Two thumbs up to your employee who manned the tire counter. Came in with a damaged rim with what I thought was a blown tire. In short, the fellow knocked the dent out and filled the tire with air free of chargr.
Being a long standing costco member from Canada I thought your service would be different. I am happy to say the young man was courteous, professional and most of all kind. He gave me the right information and had me on my way accepting only a hand shake. Thank you Costco for a job well done.
