Josh store manager, Britinany salesperson Beaumont location never returns promised calls on replacement of damaged chair. The insurance they offer is a joke their word is a joke. 5K worth of furniture that I should have purchased somewhere else. I have been a loyal customer for years now I will never buy from Conn's and will advise others not to also. All over misleading information on insurance and not following up on your word.
