Told at the Southington store they would include free the headboard mounting brackets , bed arrived , no brackets , manager assured me they would be sent that week by UPS to my house , no brackets , called sales man , he had the manager call me , the manager said he was sorry and he would have the brackets the following week and come over and install them himself , ha . One month after bed delivery not brackets and the free pillows never arrived either . good bed bad sales and service , don't by there.
