Needed 2 mattresses for our guest room before Christmas and thought it was going to be a nightmare. The salesman pointed me to the 'official guest bed of Emmet County' and to my surprise had them in stock and was able to deliver next day. Huge relief! Every one that I spoke with was great - 5 stars
