Salesperson was not aware they had a low profile boxspring...sent high box-spring. When I called an inquired about a low profile boxspring, he said they didn't have such. When I asked what we should do with the boxspring they sent to our house, he said, "Just put them in the garage." I wrote a complaint to the head office and did not even hear from them. We bought low profile boxsprings and even had to get rid of the mattress. We could not sleep on the mattress. Our shoulders and backs hurt after being on the mattress. It was given to Goodwill. We will not buy anything else at Cleo's.

Visited there, (Cleos), today and was looking to buy a new bed. Salesman kept having to leave us to help others, and there were 2 others sitting at desks on paperwork, and another at checkout counter. Not very good customer service which cost them a sale.

It's all about the greed. I used to work at this company and they placed customer service lower on the priority list. After all, they already HAVE your money. Sad.

My wife and I haven't been back to any of their stores, and won't be doing so. We were looking at other furniture when we bought the mattress, but would not buy anything else from them.
