I live in Fort Smith, but decided to purchase a couch and love seat while traveling through Conway. I chose a set that was not in the store but could be delivered the following week. I was told that the set Being delivered to me would be tan, when we opened the box it was puke grey, (green) if light hits a certain way. I was lied to about the color of my set. Store manager, (Chris) stated that I could bring the set back for a refund. And apologized. Why should I have to haul this back to the store, it wasn’t any fault of mine.? Poor Customer Service!!! Shame on you Conway location!!!
