Worst furniture experience I have ever had. Went with Martins furniture assuming they would sell product they would stand behind, but was terribly mistaken. After furniture finish started chipping after getting it home, we tried to get a piece replaced. When picking the new piece up, it was in worse shape then the one I was returning. After some back and forth, the solution to my request to just get a refund included me having to pay a restock fee because they didn’t want to take a complete loss. This organization puts their needs before the customer, sells furniture that they don’t stand by, and lacks the character to do what is right. I will pay the restock fee, and take the loss that they should, just so that I no longer have to deal with the company focused service with no respect or understanding for the customer. I would highly suggest finding anywhere but here for furniture. I have never experienced a worse response to a faulty product. If there were negative stars, they would have earned it.
