First I will tell you that what brought us to your store was how you come across in your commercials. I think I do well in reading people. (I’ve been in manufacturing management for well over 30 years) Although I realize you’re reading a script, you appear to me to be an honest, up-right, and sincere individual.
When we walked into the Henrietta store we were greeted by a Sales Associate named Drew Carapella. He asked us what brought us to City Mattress and I explained what I’ve mentioned above. His response was, “Yes, that’s Marc. I worked with him in Florida and that’s not an act. That’s actually how he is.” Drew asked us a series of questions and then took us around to several mattresses to “try out”. At each mattress, he explained the models construction, the benefits of that model, and the warranty. At no time did Drew make us feel pressured or hurried to make a purchase. He also never tried to over sell us. We discussed our price point and he kept within it. Drew was very patient and answered all our questions. I never realized there was so much to know about a mattress / sleep system. At times he would walk away briefly so my wife and I could speak privately but would always come back after a few moments. In the end we purchased a Pranasleep Queen Plush Mattress. Even after the sale, while setting up a delivery date, Drew was very accommodating.
In closing I’d just like to say you have a very talented and professional Sales Associate in Drew Carapella. You can tell he has a passion for what he does. I will not hesitate to recommend your store to anyone regarding the purchase of a mattresses and will direct them to ask for Drew to guide them through the selection process.
