Chuck Lamb was friendly, knowledgeable about all your mattresses and answered all our questions and was helpful by making suggestions without regard to the price of the mattresses.
He was patient, also, considering I came into his Penfield Store 3 or 4 times to try out mattresses and finally make a decision which one to purchase.
He even remembered my name each time I came in to look!
We ended up buying a Beautyrest Black L Series Med-Firm mattress and box spring and two sets of sheets and a mattress pad and thanks to Chuck it was a no-stress sales experience.
