Very Pleased!

Dear City Mattress,

Yesterday, after going to many mattress stores to buy a new bed, our final stop was City Mattress. I want to compliment you on our entire experience, from the moment we walked into the store until the the bed was delivered and set up.

Vicki, our sales person, was very helpful in showing us the differences in the mattresses in the store and gave my husband and me time, without pressure, to relax and try out the mattresses. After we made our purchase, she informed us we would hear from the delivery folks between 7:30 and 8:00 the next morning. At exactly 7:30, we were called and told they would arrive at our house between 8:30 and 9:00. Again, at exactly 8:30 the truck showed up! We live in a fairly rural area where drivers have a tendency to get lost or our deliveries are late in the day, so it was with delight that we had such an early and prompt delivery. The men set the frame, box spring and mattress up in no time and were gone all within 8 minutes.
