We purchased a mattress here 5 years ago, after 1 year it needed to be replaced. since they had nothing comparable in stock, we had to spend more $$$, even though the mattress was supposed to be waranteed for 10 years! After another 18 months, the same thing happened and, of course, we had to spend more $$$. Well, after 3 crappy mattresses in 5 years, over $2000 invested and being taken advantage of by Ken (the owner), we gave up and bought a sleep number bed from another store--DO NOT BUT A MATTRESS AT THIS STORE!!!
