If you are in the market for a new mattress or bed, take your money and run as far away as you can from Charles P. Rogers. I don’t even know how they are still in business. I have had the absolute worst experience with them. I spent a significant amount of money on a king size brass bed and frame only to wait 4 months to get the actual bed and then it took 3 visits from 3 different delivery/service folks to get the bed actually put up. The first mistake came when the initial delivery was not white glove service, despite paying for white glove service, and the bed was left in huge boxes in my garage. The delivery man showed me his paper work where white glove service was not on his work order. The second person that came out, refused to put the bed together because it was damaged. I had to take pictures and send them in. It then took another three weeks for them to send out their own service crew to repair what was damaged and put bed up. A few weeks after this, while changing my sheets, I happened to notice a big deep scratch in the railing of the foot board. Despite being told the bed is guaranteed for life, I contacted them, only to be emailed instructions on how to lacquer it and fix it myself. They absolutely will do nothing else for me. In essence I spent a very large amount of money on a bed that is essentially damaged. Their customer service stinks, their response to issues stink, and moreover they do not stand by their word. If I had to do it all over again, I would spend my hard earned money on a company that deserves it; that knows how to treat their patrons. With all the mattresses and furniture vendors around, I wish I would have bought elsewhere. Save your money!! Not worth the hassle, their products are simply not worth it.

Elisa ordered a beautiful, handcrafted, special order Brass sleigh bed from our company. There were complications with the carrier during delivery and her bed was not assembled when it arrived. Elisa worked with our manager and all of her concerns were addressed when we sent our own drivers out of state to assemble her bed. At this time Elisa, who had the items unpacked in her home for a period of time, signed for all items received in good condition, completed assembly and raved about our service. See Elisa's very pleased text message, communication attached. Generous compensation was given to Elisa for the initial delivery issues. More than a month later the customer contacted us about a scratch on a brass part. Although unfortunate, we are not responsible for damage in the home. We have supported Elisa in every possible way, coached her on how to repair the finish and provided replacement cost, should she desire that. Elisa decided if we are not going to replace the scratched part at no charge, she would attack us on social media. We would love to help Elisa, but she has been unwilling to work with us to reasonably resolve her finish issue.
