I visited Casey's Mattress World at 1700 south elm place broken arrow ok 74012 918-258-9955 and was helped by the owner Curtis Mathis. My son had purchased the wrong size bed frame on 3-6-13 and today son 3-8-13, I went with him to exchange for the right size. Thinking they wouldn't be fair if I just showed up as far as pricing I called first and asked how much a full size bed frame was. I was told 36.95 and we paid 54.95 plus tax which was 59.53 total. Upon getting there Curtis tells me they don't do refunds, then says he will if I have the exact card used in the transaction. I bring back the unopened bed frame, receipt and card used to purchase. As I feared they tried to tell me that was the right one as it can be used as a full, I said thats great but I prefer the one that is cheaper. A young man brings out the right one and takes the wrong one back. Later coming out saying that the first one was right. The Owner Curtis took 5-10 minutes to refund money, mainly because he charged us again instead of refunding the money then had to refund twice. I was the one who initiated the conversation With Curtis Mathis yet he wanted to speak to my son, I informed him I handle my sons money and needed him to speak to me. again he looked directly at my son instead of me and started explaining his mistake, I gently shifted the receipt so I could see it as well and Curtis yanked it hatefully away from me. Curtis made fun of me when I tried to tell him I was Prestons Dad I said I was his son and he laughed at me and corrected me even though he knew what i had said. I told hom I had bought two bunk beds and a queen from him a few years prior and he was still hate full to a loyal customer who sent his son to his location for a purchase. When I asked on the price of a nice bed they acted like It was above my means by stating that's nearly 3000.00, Like I couldn't afford that. My other son was going to buy a bed in 3 weeks as they are moving out and I had told him to buy it there. Mr. Mathis told me I could call the BBB or post on face book or twitter if I was unhappy because he considers all press to be good press. So it looks like I will tell my story on as many places on the internet as I can, boards, blogs, twitter, and so many more, you see I am a professional network marketer and that is what I do. My business to Casey's is gone, all 6 of my kids who are ready to start life will not shop there either. I have NEVER been treated so Rudely by any one in the customer service field,NEVER!!! To top that off he didn't do the refund right either because when you refund Money a refund on the taxes should come with that Refund! My warning to anyone and everyone who reads this in the future is Mr Mathis pointed out on his receipt they do ZERO Refunds, So if your looking for service after the sale, if you have a problem with anything the Owner Curtis Mathis at Casey's Mattress World in Broken Arrow Ok 74012 gets a 5 thumbs Down and Zero future business from me!
