I will never shop at Carolina Furniture concepts again.
Sadly my mattress that I paid for that HAD NOT EVEN BEEN DELIVERED wouldn't work in my home. I asked for my money back ; I paid over $2,000 ( since the mattress set was still in their possession and they ( manager ) said NO. NO Exceptions. And was very Rude.
They offered to exchange for a smaller ,mattress, but I already had a mattress set that was smaller that worked, I just wanted a larger king size comfortable mattress. Ask for my money back and they flat refused. must be desperate to sell! But now I See why!!! I will never shop there again and do not recommend.
