I asked for a medium soft mattress, the sales person told me that the mattress was medium soft but then delivered a firm mattress… called the store and the sales person insisted that is a medium feel one, but I’m in pain… so I then called the manufacturer with the mattress details and they confirmed it is a firm Therapedic Prelude… called Affordable Furniture back and the won’t take it nor exchange even though it was less than 30 days purchase
