Have had a backache EVERY morning when I get up. Our shoulders and hips also hurt. We're stuck with this mattress because of the 20% the store would take if we returned it!!! I will tell anyone don't go to Boyd's. We're out $1,000 on something that is no better than our old mattress. VERY UNHAPPY!!

Thanks for the advice. I will heed it since I'm in the market for a new mattress to buy in Kingman. Will check out the other two chain stores in town.
We are a small family owned business and do our best to offer prices and policies that are consistent with larger chain stores. We are very honest about policies regarding comfort exchanges, which is what the above review is referring to. When purchasing from us we have printed on the invoice that a comfort exchange will incur a 20% fee up to $250.00. If a mattress is not comfortable we as a store have to purchase a second mattress for any comfort exchange and donate the mattress that is returned. We do our very best to help people choose the right matttress the first time so that nobody is left unhappy or spending more money. We are always willing to do whatever we can to resolve any issues, but unfortunately we are unable to please every person. Always shop for the best comfort and value no matter where you buy a mattress. Mattresses are a large investment and a purchase should be considered carefully before a final decision is made.
