Nice people - Delivery Service isn't

Sales people left us alone to look as we wanted
Cons:
You pretty much have to pay for delivery, and they don't give a damn.

If the new matteress doesn't need a box spring, and the old one did, then when they say "includes removal" they should take away all the attendant parts. If this was a free service, I could maybe understand, but if they are going to charge you for delivery/take away, then they should remove all the parts.
