Bought 5,000 worth of products. Bought the protection plan. Furniture started peeling within 1years of use. Cheap quality and then when you call to use your “Goof Proof” plan they give you the runaround. And I call about for my warranty they said it’s not covered in warranty Customer service is not trained at all and do not provide any accurate information. They don’t even sympathize. Also be prepped for 2 hour wait times when you call for help. It’s a waste of money! Will never everrr buy from them again! Buyer beware!
