Terrible customer service.
My wife wanted to surprise me with a new mattress for Father’s Day. We got in the car and I didn’t know where we were going. We arrive at the orange ct location and walk in to where the mattresses were.
We try a few out, 5-6 mattresses we sit and lay down on. We’re reading the descriptions on the beds and it clicked, no one in the branch acknowledged us being there. No one greeted us, no one said “someone will be with you shortly” “can we help you with anything?” nothing.
Who is in charge of personnel at this location? Who is the manager, supervisor, that isn’t motivating their employees to put customer service first and foremost? What is taught here? What training is skipped?
How do you let a customer walk into your store and walk out without speaking to them? How do you not engage someone that drove past other stores to get to your location?
What’s the motivation for employees? What is the mission of the store? Is the Orange location a museum where people walk in look around and leave? Is this branch a mausoleum, where the people there are lifeless?
I wish the people that are in the TV commercials, Bob himself knew that the people that man his store, the people that represent His brand aren’t doing a good or great job of things.
Terrible customer service. 0 stars should be an option, because 0 words were spoken to us at this location.
