Purchasing 6000 worth of furniture was easy and the salesperson did well (of course cuz they are getting your money!) EVERY SINGLE thing since (delivery, speaking with agents,trying to get a human on the phone) has been absolute hell. The delivery driver broke My 70 in TV and hid it from me. The bed fell apart 4 hours after it was built and 3 times since. This last time hurting my cat. I have asked to return just the bed frame/headboard I purchased as it is clearly unsafe and have basically been told to kick rocks by everyone. Next step is BBB. Go anywhere else
