This company does not back the products they sell.
Bed one - major back pain caused by dips in the mattress. Store said they don't make it anymore but you can pay the difference (it was a lot) for the replacement - nice warranty. Felt trapped from the first big purchase so I paid the difference. Next mattress arrives wet - sent it back. New mattress arrives and has to be returned 3 months later for... dips. Switched brands by general manager recommendation and 5 months later we realize both sides are hollowed out and we are having more aches and pains. The general manager won't call back. Emails from the company then the manufacturer require all sorts of measuring and pictures. We were told Bob Mills manufactures these mattresses so we made the poor assumption that they would back their product. They just pass the buck.
There has been plenty of opportunity for them to do the right thing with a refund or store credit.
There's a reason we paid high dollar for an orthopedic mattress. The injuries and doctor's bills accrued from the last two years sleeping on their mattresses have cost us dearly.
