September 1, 2021, Bought a Serta Mattress from the Bartlesville Store but Muskogee owns it. Within 2 weeks the mattress started sagging in the middle, support at the shoulders but none at the lower back torso area. Called the Bartlesville store and was told that basically it was my mattress if I would have purchased a different mattress I would have had 90 days. I called the Muskogee store and they seemed to want to help and did send a gentleman to check the mattress. He called me within a week and said a Serta Rep would contact me by Friday, two days away, to come and look that has been a month ago and nobody has called or done a thing about this terrible mattress. Don't purchase a mattress from them, they do not back up their products and I get the feeling they don't back any of their products. Will not purchase from them again. Terrible Customer Service. The Mattress has a 10 year warranty and didn't last 2 weeks.
