Shopping at BILTRITE couldn't be easier and working with Randi (salesperson) was a fantastic experience!! I was looking for a bed for my guest room. I was in and out within 15 minutes! I returned looking for a very particular couch---they had exactly what I was looking for. Great service, great prices, great pieces! I love that this is a locally owned store with old-fashioned customer service values.
