I walked into Biltrite looking for a new mattress. I suffer from chronic back pain, and I needed a firm mattress that would best support my back. Owners Marty and Gail spent two hours with me, helping me find the right mattress. They brought me pillows and let me lay on numerous mattresses until I found the right one. They gave me information, pros and cons on all of them, with zero pressure to hurry up or close the sale. Best customer service and great selection. Will definitely be back.
