It is very rude to be handed an envelope saying TIPS on it while signing delivery slip!!!!
Next time I will unload the furniture myself!!!
It is inconsiderate to ask for tips especially that I was just letting them in and not the owner of the chair!!!
Tips needed be already included in the finally cost to avoid this problem!!!!

Hi Becky-
Let me first apologize because I am just seeing this. Second, let me REALLY apologize about that "tip envelope". We were not aware of that envelope being used until a customer called us and told us about it MUCH later. We absolutely do NOT require customers to tip our drivers/delivery employees. That is an option totally left up to the customer. The employee that was doing this was reprimanded for this action because it was done in poor taste and makes it look like we do not pay our workers a living wage. We offer our customers a free service, and when we tell you it is free, it is free. If there are any additional charges, that will be discussed at the time of the sale (as it should be), and tips are optional but they are NOT manditory. I'm sorry if this made you uncomfortable and I can only imagine the bad taste it left in your mouth about our business. I can assure you this employee no longer works here (not for that reason) and we have also alleviated that situation. Deana Roach, manager, Bill's Bedding
