Run from Bigs Furniture. Dishonest and Liars

I posted earlier post on Google few months back. I purchased over $23,000 in furniture . One new stand up 7 drawer chest was damaged. Over three years they kept promising to replace. Always the wrong pieces. Dealt with so many people because they have a high turn over of employees. They picked up the 7 drawer stand up chest I had. I made numerous trips to their locations. Each time I told was on back order. So to resolve I went back in late March 2018 before I moved out of state. Come to find out they deleted all my emails of complaints. I had to send them saved emails of whom I dealt with. Their final solution. It's not their problem. Too much time went by and people I dealt with gone. I told them. The time went by so long because you sent me wrong furniture. Had it on back order. Now you stole $500.00 from me? I lost my 7 drawer stand up dresser to these thieves and liars. Do not buy from Bigs Furniture. They do not honor their products nor do they care if they stole $500 from you. They simply told me. Not their problem. I said return the damaged 7 drawer stand up dresser. They couldn't. I suspect they sold it as discount in their back room and I am out the loser. Beware and if you think of going to Bigs Furniture. DON'T. They are thieves and liars. Run from this outfit
