I purchased a brand-new washer and dryer that was delivered Friday evening, we hooked them up on Saturday and NEITHER of them work. I called the store and was told to call customer service today, which I did, and they told me there was no one available to help me and someone would call me back. Five hours after this call I reached out to them again and was told that I would receive a call from a manager in 48-72 hours. I'm pretty sure they are blowing me off so that they can get out of their own refund/exchange policy. I have several texts from someone yester talking to me about an exchange and now today it's an issue.
