I purchased 2 recliners
less than 1month ago. There was a problem with filling on footrest shifting. We noticed it happening to both chairs and they had us return both and we exchanged them for a different style. There was no hesitation on the stores part. I did not discuss a refund as I was very pleased that they honored a 30 day no question return. Mark is the asst. mgr. very nice to work with.
