The Best Sleepless Centre sold and shipped me a stained mattress and then took no responsibility for doing so. At least one of the stains appeared to be biological.
We were absolutely disgusted and horrified to receive a filthy mattress after purchasing this online. Then they made ridiculous demands of me in order to get an exchange. I had to file a complaint with Visa and the Consumers Protection Agency who forced them to exchange the mattress at their cost. Do not shop at the Best Sleepless Centre. They don't have a dedicated customer service, which proves they don't care about the consumer, just sales. Ask yourself, what type of company knowingly sells and ships a customer a used mattress?
