Don’t waste your money. Spend over 3k on a mattress that has a dip in it. Call Bernie and Phyls and month ago and scheduled a bed check, came back as a being defective and we were told that the paper work would be sent to Bernie and Phyls to start the warranty process. Was told this would be covered within 7-10 days and we would either get a new mattress or a credit. Called back two weeks later and was told that nothing had been submitted (that they forgot) and would do it at that point. Called Tempur-pedic today, they can’t find any claim under our account, called Bernie and Phyls and the manger Kelly had an attitude said that the claim was submitted by a Dixie, but wouldn’t give me her last name (something that I would need to check with Tempur-pedic if/have far into the claim process this was). Kelly had and attitude, kept muting the phone and acting as if it was a personal hassle to do her job. Literally go anywhere else, this place and the team that they have are worthless.
