Extremely poor service, after the sale

I would never recommend anyone to buy at this store. I purchased a dual reclining loveseat, made by Flexsteel, at an inflated price. I say this because, within two weeks of ownership, the problem began . Manager/ owner, refused to speak to me, leaving only the salesperson to deal with us. They ordered parts to fix the problems and said they would fix it, only when all the parts were in. They picked it up on a Tuesday, and kept it eleven days, making me feel that what we purchased, is a poorly constructed piece of furniture. The manufacturer refused to answer me, after three emails, further making the saying, customer NO service, a reality. If you look at other reviews, you’ll see that you’d be smart, not to buy from them. You’ll see that their response, to a poor review, is that it’s always the customer, who’s wrong, never them. I am more than happy, to leave you my name , Bill Fox, from Parkersburg. Again, think twice, before buying from them. Big Lots, will give you much better service and much better value for your money.
