Several friendly emails have been exchanged about a quality control issue with one of their products that began to present issues within 2 years of use. The product in question is well within its 5 year warranty. Customer Service rep has not offered replacement or a refund. All the customer service rep offers are lame explanations and excuses. I’m not buying them and won’t be buying from Beloit again. Bottom line is, the product quality, durability, and warranty promised on their website is not what you will be receiving down the road.

Turns out the Customer Service Rep is actually the owner with WAY too much time on his hands deflecting my questions and concerns. If you want quality customer service go elsewhere.
