Bedframes are not returnable or exchangeable at this store!!!!! I wasted $800 on an adjustable bedframe I hate!!! Also you must pay an extra $80-100 and buy their mattress cover if you think you may want to exchange the mattress within 30 days.. do your research before you go in. I didnt!

I agree with Vicki 100percent. This store is the worst of the worst!! Full of tricks!!!

Hey Vicki and anonymous, we go over our policies at the time of purchase. There are no “tricks” it’s all laid out in our policies. Adjustable bases are not exchangeable because they are a motorized product and that applies with most retailers. Our policies are better than all of our competitors and we take pride in setting them up to be better. I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations but we really strive to make sure our guests are taken care of at the end of the day. We want everyone to sleep better and in turn be customers of ours for life. We’d like to try to see if we can make things right if you can contact us directly.
