Terrible, I was not informed that there were no refunds. I would of expected to see a sign . I made Purchase thinking I was getting the mattress and lift but on delivery I only got mattress. I checked receipt seen all sales final no refunds. If I had known all this I wouldn't have purchased it.i called the store to complain an was told I only purchased mattress. Next day I went to store to inquire cost of lift.after informing me. I told him I will shop around compare prices.he said I don't have to come back to the store. He got my information I can just call and he will order it. To me that sounded like he wanted my money but he didn't want me in the store. I purchased the lift at another store and told them what happened. They were shocked and said they had been sending some of there customers there.
