The sales pitch is misleading .They tell you you can exchange your mattress it not satisfied. No Refund ! Beware no equal price mattress to choose from. If you exchange you will spend $99.00 on delivery and the difference in the exchange.if you choose a lesser priced mattress then they still will not wave the delivery fees. Do not recommend this company. I went to three different locations and each (different sales person wonted me to believe they where doing me a special favor by your first mattress delivery free. I know that each and every store did the same thing. Deceitful company employees. SMH
