First of all the salesman at the Tarzana store is a slick, fast-talking liar. As I said above, he told me I could return the mattress, but that was a big fat lie. Also, he never said the order was a "special order" and there were no signs indicating that it was. But on the receipt, in small print, it says "special order; may not be returned." When I tried to deal with the salesman AND the owner, I was stonewalled. They had no intention of helping me with this situatio. They got their money and that was the end of it. There's nothing good I can think to say about this company and my experience with them.
