In July 2012, I purchased a pillow. Less than a year later, in April 2013, I had become dissatisfied with the pillow. It had "gone flat." I came back to the store intending to buy a different pillow at full price. After mentioning my dissatisfaction with the first pillow they pulled up my order on the computer. Even though pillows are "not under warranty", the shop made me a discounted deal on a different pillow of my choice and gave me a set of 1200 count sheets for my king size bed. They have a customer in me for ALL my bedroom needs!!!
