My husband and I purchased this bed a little over a year ago. We are already having problems with it sagging. I have called the store several times and keep getting the run around, being promised return calls that never take place. For what we paid for this bed, there should not be any sag after such a short period of time. Not only are we unhappy with the Serta bed, we are very unhappy with and disappointed in the Sleep Shop on Benton Rd in Bossier. We would not recommend the bed or the business at this time.

Don't know how this site came up with Pennsylvania for my address, but I live in Louisiana and still have not received a return call from the Bedroom Sleep Shop! I promise I will let everyone that I know what terrible service this store provides.
