Bought a "floor model" mattress. Big mistake!! Got the mattress home and loved it at first. Good price too. Shortly later wife and I started having rashes on our arms. Took a couple months to realize what was happening. Bedbug bites! The box spring was totally infested with all different size bugs. Wrapped the two pieces and ran them to the curb. Called an exterminator immediately searched the whole house and found very little evidence of more bugs. After the first treatment we went back to bed on another new bed bought somewhere else. Two weeks later more bugs. Found the bedframe drawers infested. The plywood used has cracks all over that makes a great home for bedbugs. It's gone now too. So far we are now bed bug free. Shop owner seemed less than sympathetic about our situation
