Testing bed in store, told salesman it is to high, need a lower one, he said like about three inches, I agreed. then he said, if you don't like the bed you have 60 days to exchange it. now I paid $39,000 for this moveable base and mattress, get the bed delivered, it is higher than the store model, called him, oh that is our standard leg, $62.00 for shorter legs, and $92.00 to deliver, tried bed for a couple weeks, was not satisfied, called again, oh the exchange is for the mattress only, Gee, I bought a bed, but the whole set is not a bed, well $99.00 plus $92.00 delivery. I feel this guy was not a honest person, your sales people need to put all info upfront. an unsatisfied customer.
