Warranty Info-More than I expected

Called last month with questions about the warranty on my Tempur-pedic. Previous calls about warranty were thru Tempur-pedic and did answer my questions. Called Bedding Plus in Hammond and spoke to Tony. He called me back with the number for the Warehouse Manager, Milton. Milton called me to discuss my issues and told me that he would send out Norman to measurer and photograph my mattress. Norman visited my home to assess the mattress. He also gave my information on how to rotate the mattress properly. All three of these gentlemen went out of their way to make sure that I got the attention I needed. Great customer service after the sale!!!
