I bought a queen set and had it delivered, when the mattress started having issues contacted the store and come to find out that when they delivered the set, the delivery guys had removed the law tag from the mattress only, te foundation still has the law tag on it, when I contacted the store was told that there was nothing they could do for me. I contacted the manufacturer was told the same thing, I believe that they instruct there dlivery people to remove the tags as to not have to honor the warranties.

I agree, same thing has happened to us - don't buy a mattress from bedding mart!!
This is a total fabrication. There is no way delivery people would have removed the law tag. The fact that Paul B uses the term indicated he is in the business.
As stated buyer beware,The delivery people did remove the tag I as the consumer would not have removed the tag and did not remove the tag, as you can see this is not the first time this has happened to a consumer
And I am not in the business as they stated I am just a private consumer.
